• The referrals you list must be for new prospects or customers only.  

Only those referrals that are received prior to the prospect's direct contact with 

Banyon Data Systems, Inc. will be accepted. No self referrals will be accepted.

Banyon Data Systems must received the referral at least 2 weeks in advance of sale. 

If the new customer is sold within 90 days after receiving the referral, Banyon Data Systems 

will, in the form of a donation, issue a check to your organization that is equal to 5% of the 

total software application sale. Applications include Fund Accounting, Payroll or Utility Billing 

programs.
